Terms of Service

Effective August 31, 2026

Cedar House Stack is business-management software for trade contractors, made by Cedar House Marketing LLC of Franklin, Tennessee ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Cedar House Stack provides customer relationship management, estimating, invoicing, scheduling, payroll calculation, field canvassing, and related tools, offered per seat by subscription. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of what your company enters and for keeping sign-in credentials safe. Seats are for people at your company; sharing one seat between people is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.

Text messaging program

Companies on the platform may send service messages to their own customers by SMS: appointment confirmations and reminders, job-status follow-ups, and review requests. Message frequency varies with the project, typically a few messages around each appointment or milestone. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is collected by the contractor before any message is sent, and recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP (honored permanently and automatically) or get assistance by replying HELP. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how texting data is handled.

Your data

Your company's records belong to your company. You can export them or request deletion at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. We use your data only to run the service, never to sell.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to message people who have not consented, to break any law including the TCPA and state telemarketing rules, or to attempt to access another company's data. Messaging tools in the platform enforce recorded consent, opt-outs, and quiet hours; working around those protections is a violation of these terms.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed per seat through Stripe. Usage-based services (postage, aerial measurement reports, telephony) are billed at the prices shown in-app before you confirm each purchase. You can cancel anytime; paid periods are not refunded but the service runs to the end of the period.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is. We work hard at reliability and back up your data, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will note it here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in-app.
