AccuLynx alternatives in 2026, compared on published price, insurance work, measurements and canvassing, plus how to move your job history safely.

Roofing companies usually start looking at AccuLynx alternatives for one of three reasons: they want to see a price before a sales call, their team has changed size, or the way they sell has changed. This guide covers five options, what each publishes about itself, and how to move years of job history without losing it.
Quick answer. The main AccuLynx alternatives in 2026 are JobNimbus, Roofr, RoofLink Pro, Jobber and Cedar House Stack. JobNimbus is the closest like for like. Roofr fits measurement led retail sales. Cedar House Stack fits crews that canvass and want a public per person price. AccuLynx remains the stronger choice for heavy in app ordering.
Cedar House Stack publishes this guide and is one of the five alternatives in it, so weigh our view of ourselves accordingly. Everything said about AccuLynx and the other products was read on each company's own website on September 30, 2026.
The best AccuLynx alternatives are the products that match the reason you are leaving. If the reason is price transparency, look at the ones that publish a price. If it is canvassing, look at the ones with a door knocking app. If it is simplicity, look at the ones built for smaller teams.
Be honest with yourself about the reason first. Switching software costs a few weeks of your team's attention, and a new system will not fix a process problem.
AccuLynx describes itself as one operating system for a roofing business, covering sales, production, supplementing and collections. Any alternative has to be judged against what it already gives you.
That is a long list, and it is why AccuLynx is the benchmark. Source: the AccuLynx features page.
Roofing companies look for an alternative when the product no longer matches their size, their sales model or their budget. These are the common reasons, stated as questions to ask yourself.
This table puts the five alternatives side by side with the price each one published on September 30, 2026, and the thing to verify before you commit.
| Alternative | Best fit | Published price | Verify before switching |
|---|---|---|---|
| JobNimbus | Roofing and exterior teams of any size | Not published. Four plans by user count | Board, automation and integration limits on your plan |
| Roofr | Retail roofers who quote from measurements | $0, $249 or $349 a month, billed monthly | Which plan has job costing and QuickBooks |
| RoofLink Pro | Teams already using SalesRabbit | $120 per user a month, billed monthly | Production and supplement depth |
| Jobber | Small repair and service focused roofers | Core from $29 a month for 1 user, billed annually | Insurance claim and production workflow |
| Cedar House Stack | Crews that canvass and want one price per person | $99 per user a month, up to 5 users | Measurement ordering, which is coming soon |
Sources: JobNimbus, Roofr, SalesRabbit, Jobber and Cedar House pricing pages.
JobNimbus is the closest like for like alternative, a roofing focused CRM with sales, production and money in one product. Its pricing page says every plan includes estimates, e-signature, invoices, payments, financing options, supplier integrations and a QuickBooks integration, and that there is a 14 day free trial.
Plans are sized by user count, from up to 3 users on Essentials to 20 or more on Enterprise. Like AccuLynx, it does not publish a price, so moving there will not solve a transparency complaint. It may solve a fit complaint.
Roofr is the alternative for a company whose sale starts with a measurement report and a fast proposal. It publishes everything: a free Starter plan, Essentials at $249 a month and Scale at $349 a month billed monthly, unlimited users on all of them, and reports at $13 to $19 each.
The thing to check is depth on the production side. Roofr lists crew management, job costing and its QuickBooks integration on the Scale plan, so price that plan, not the entry one, if you run crews.
RoofLink Pro is the roofing CRM sold by SalesRabbit at $120 per user a month billed monthly. Its pricing page lists roof measuring and estimates, inspections, a product library, basic canvassing and weather data. It makes the most sense for a company whose canvassers already live in SalesRabbit.
Jobber is an alternative only for a small roofing company that mostly does repairs and straightforward replacements. It lists roofing among the industries it serves and publishes a Core plan from $29 a month for one user, billed annually. It is general home service software, and its pricing page does not list insurance supplement tracking or roofing production features, so ask about those before you move.
Cedar House Stack is our product. It is built for roofing companies that sell at the door and want the knock, the estimate, the signature, the build and the payment on one record.
What you get: good, better and best estimates signed on the homeowner's phone, insurance claim and supplement tracking, production scheduling, invoices and online payments through your own Stripe account, payroll and commissions from the jobs, and storm maps with hail history. Cedar House Field, the canvassing app, is $25 per rep a month and sends every lead into the Stack.
What it costs: $99 per user a month for up to 5 users, then one flat price by team size starting at $599 a month for 6 to 10 users. The trial is 30 days with no card. Full numbers are on the pricing page, and the roofing edition of our front page shows the product.
What you give up compared with AccuLynx today: ordering aerial measurements and supplier materials from inside the job. Our pricing page lists measurement ordering as coming soon, and until then you upload a report from any provider. If your office places orders that way all day, that gap matters.
Staying is the right call when AccuLynx is doing its job and your complaint is small. Three signs you should stay:
If price is the only issue, ask your AccuLynx representative for a review of your plan before you shop. It costs nothing to ask.
Leave with your data in hand before you cancel anything. The order of the steps matters more than the speed.
For a wider view of the field, read our roofing CRM comparison, the canvassing app guide if your sales start at the door, or the contractor CRM guide if you work in more than one trade.
AccuLynx does not publish its price, so cheaper depends on your quote. The alternatives with public prices on September 30, 2026 were Roofr at $0, $249 or $349 a month, RoofLink Pro at $120 per user a month, Jobber from $29 a month for one user, and Cedar House Stack at $99 per user a month. Compare those with your own AccuLynx invoice.
Both are roofing focused CRMs that cover sales, production and payments, and neither publishes a price. AccuLynx emphasizes measurement and material ordering inside the job. JobNimbus sells four plans by user count with limits on boards, automations and integrations at the lower tiers. Ask both for a demo using one of your real jobs.
You can export job information through its reports and download the documents and photos attached to your jobs. Do this before you cancel, and keep the files on your own drive. Ask AccuLynx support which report gives the fullest job list for your account, since the right one depends on how your account is set up.
The data move can be done in an afternoon if your export is clean. The habit takes longer. Plan for two to four weeks of running new leads in the new system while old jobs finish in AccuLynx, then cancel after a full pay period has closed without problems. Avoid switching during storm season.
Yes. Cedar House Stack works with Cedar House Field, a canvassing app at $25 per rep a month that logs each door and sends leads into the CRM. SalesRabbit sells its canvassing app alongside RoofLink Pro. With other CRMs you would connect a separate canvassing tool, so confirm how leads travel between the two.
Cedar House Stack publishes this blog and makes one of the products written about here. Where another company's price or feature is quoted, it was read from that company's own public pages on the date shown beside it.
