JobNimbus sells four plans sized by how many people log in: up to 3 users, up to 10, up to 19, and 20 or more. A three person roofing office that hires a fourth person moves to the next plan, and because no plan has a public price, the only way to know what that costs is a sales call. That is the moment many owners start comparing JobNimbus alternatives. This guide looks at five of them, using what each company publishes about itself.

Quick answer. The main JobNimbus alternatives in 2026 are AccuLynx, Roofr, RoofLink Pro, Jobber and Cedar House Stack. AccuLynx suits big insurance and production teams. Roofr suits retail roofers who sell from measurement reports. RoofLink Pro suits SalesRabbit teams. Jobber suits repair work. Cedar House Stack suits canvassing crews that want a per person price.

Cedar House Stack publishes this guide and makes one of the five alternatives in it, so read our section about ourselves with that in mind. Everything said about JobNimbus and the other products was read on each company's own website on October 6, 2026.

What are the best JobNimbus alternatives in 2026?

The best JobNimbus alternative is the one that fixes the specific thing JobNimbus is not doing for you. A team that wants a price on a page needs a different product from a team that wants deeper production tools or a door knocking app.

So start by naming the problem. If you cannot say it in one sentence, the switch will cost you a month of your office's attention and you may end up with the same frustration in a new screen. The five products below each answer a different reason for leaving, and the table further down lines them up side by side.

What JobNimbus includes on every plan

JobNimbus puts a long list of features in every plan, which makes it a fair benchmark. According to its pricing page, all four plans include unlimited use of contacts, estimates, documents, e-sign, reports, invoices, financing options, supplier integrations, a QuickBooks integration and JobNimbus Payments.

The plans differ on limits, not on those basics:

  • Essentials: up to 3 users, 3 project boards, 10 automations.
  • Pro: up to 10 users, 5 project boards, 30 automations, up to 5 integrations.
  • Premium: up to 19 users, unlimited boards, 100 automations, premium support.
  • Enterprise: 20 or more users, unlimited locations, automations and integrations.

Every plan says "Request pricing." JobNimbus also lists a 14 day free trial, monthly or annual agreements, no required setup fees, and paid add ons for marketing and texting, each also priced on request. Any alternative has to beat that list on the thing you care about, not just match it.

Why contractors shop for a JobNimbus alternative

Contractors usually shop for an alternative because the plan limits, the pricing model or the sales model stopped fitting their company. These are the common triggers, written as questions to ask yourself before you book any demos.

  • Did you hit a ceiling? Three project boards on Essentials, or five integrations on Pro, can pinch a growing office long before the user count does.
  • Do you want to see a number first? JobNimbus explains on its pricing page that it quotes each company individually. Some owners would rather compare published prices.
  • Does your work start at the door? If canvassing brings in most of your jobs, you may want the door knocking app and the CRM to share one record instead of syncing two products.
  • Do you rely on measurement reports? Some teams want reports ordered and priced inside the same product they quote from.
  • Has your work changed? A roofer that now does mostly repairs and service calls may need scheduling more than a production board.

Sources, all read October 6, 2026: the JobNimbus pricing page, the AccuLynx pricing request page, the Roofr pricing page, the SalesRabbit pricing page (which lists RoofLink Pro), the Jobber pricing page, and our own Cedar House pricing page.

AccuLynx: for teams that order everything inside the job

AccuLynx is the alternative for a larger roofing company whose office orders measurements and materials many times a day. Its features page lists aerial measurement ordering from EagleView, Hover, Geospan and GAF QuickMeasure, with the numbers filling the estimate, plus material ordering from ABC Supply, SRS Distribution and QXO catalogs at your own pricing.

It also tracks permits, supplements and mortgage checks in the job file, and lists job costing, a commission module, a customer portal and a QuickBooks integration. The catch, if price transparency is why you are leaving JobNimbus, is that AccuLynx does not publish a price either. Its pricing page is a request form. Moving from one quoted product to another solves a fit problem, not a pricing one. We covered it in more depth in our AccuLynx alternatives guide.

Roofr: published prices and unlimited users

Roofr is the clearest choice for a retail roofer whose sale starts with a measurement report and a quick proposal, and it publishes every price. On October 6, 2026 its plans were Starter at $0 a month, Measure+ from $109 a month, Essentials at $249 a month and Scale at $349 a month, all billed monthly, with unlimited users on each one.

Reports cost $19 each on Starter and $13 each on the paid plans. Annual billing saves up to 15 percent, according to the page. If you run crews, price Scale rather than Essentials: crew management, job costing, role based permissions and the QuickBooks integration (marked beta) are listed on Scale only, and texting from the job card is a $49 a month extra on the two top plans. Roofr also sells add ons such as an instant estimator at $149 a month.

RoofLink Pro is a roofing CRM sold by SalesRabbit for $120 per user a month, billed monthly. The SalesRabbit pricing page lists roof measuring and estimates, inspections, a product library, basic canvassing, weather data and a QuickBooks financing integration.

It makes the most sense for a company whose reps already knock doors in SalesRabbit, where Team is $59 and Pro is $75 per user a month. SalesRabbit offers a bundle of the two, priced through its sales team. Because RoofLink Pro is priced per user, a ten person office would pay $1,200 a month at the published rate before any canvassing seats, so do the math at your own head count.

Jobber: when your work is repairs and service calls

Jobber is an alternative for a small roofing company that mostly runs repairs, inspections and straightforward replacements. Its published plans for one user were Core at $29, Connect at $99 and Grow at $149 a month billed annually, or $49, $139 and $199 billed monthly.

Jobber is general home service software, with roofing listed among the industries it serves. Its strengths are online booking, quotes, scheduling, invoices and payments. Its pricing page does not list insurance supplement tracking or roofing production boards, so a storm restoration company should test a real claim job in the trial before it commits.

Cedar House Stack: per person pricing with the door built in

Cedar House Stack is our product, a CRM for roofing companies that sell at the door and want the knock, the estimate, the signature, the build and the payment on one record.

What you get. Estimates and e-signature on the homeowner's phone, insurance claim and supplement tracking, scheduling and production, invoices and online payments, payroll and commissions worked out from the jobs, storm maps with hail history, and an open API with webhooks. Crew members who only clock in and out are free. Cedar House Field, the canvassing app, logs every door with GPS, coaches the conversation, and sends each lead into the Stack.

What it costs. The Stack is $99 per user a month for up to 5 users. From 6 users it is one flat price for your size: $599 a month for 6 to 10 users, $999 for 11 to 20, $1,299 for 21 to 30 and $1,999 for 31 to 50. Field is $25 per rep a month on top. Those are founding prices, kept for life by the first 50 companies. The trial is 30 days, every feature, no card. Full details are on the pricing page, and the roofing page shows the product.

What you give up compared with JobNimbus. JobNimbus lists supplier integrations and a QuickBooks integration on every plan, so if your office depends on either one, check exactly how Cedar House handles it on your own data during the trial. Ordering aerial measurement reports from inside a Cedar House job is listed as coming soon on our pricing page. Until then you upload a report from any provider and its numbers are read in, free. If your office lives on in app ordering, weigh that gap honestly.

Who should stay on JobNimbus

Staying is the right decision when JobNimbus works and the complaint is narrow. Three signs you should stay where you are:

  • Your boards, automations and templates are built, your team is trained, and the friction is one feature rather than the whole product.
  • You lean on its supplier integrations and QuickBooks connection every day, and you have checked that the alternative you like does the same thing at the same depth.
  • It is the middle of storm season. Change software in a slow month, never while crews are stacked up.

If the plan limits or the price are the only problem, ask your JobNimbus representative to review your plan first. Knowing their best number also makes your comparison fair.

How do you move your jobs out of JobNimbus?

You move your jobs out of JobNimbus by exporting the job and contact list as a spreadsheet, downloading the files attached to each job, and importing both into the new system before you cancel. The order matters more than the speed.

  1. Export every job. Pull a list that covers all statuses and all years, and save it as a CSV on your own drive. Ask JobNimbus support which export gives the fullest list for your account.
  2. Save the files. Photos, signed contracts, adjuster scopes and supplements, one folder per job.
  3. Preview the import. You should see what will be created before anything is written. Cedar House Stack reads a JobNimbus export under its own column names, so nothing needs renaming, and it shows a preview before anything is saved. It is a one time import, not a live sync. Our move guide walks through it.
  4. Run both for one pay period. New leads go in the new system. Jobs already in production finish where they started.
  5. Cancel last. Only once a full export is sitting on your own drive and the first pay period in the new system has closed cleanly.

If you are still deciding what kind of system you need, read our roofing CRM comparison. If your sales start at the door, the canvassing app guide covers the field side.

Leaving JobNimbus: what roofers ask first

How much does JobNimbus cost?

JobNimbus does not publish a price. On October 6, 2026 its pricing page listed four plans, Essentials for up to 3 users, Pro for up to 10, Premium for up to 19 and Enterprise for 20 or more, each marked request pricing. Your price depends on the plan, the number of users and any add ons, so ask for a written quote at your current team size and at the next size up.

Is there a JobNimbus alternative with a published price?

Yes. On October 6, 2026 Roofr published $0, $249 and $349 a month plans with unlimited users, RoofLink Pro was $120 per user a month, Jobber started at $29 a month for one user billed annually, and Cedar House Stack was $99 per user a month for up to 5 users, then flat bands from $599 a month.

Which JobNimbus alternative is best for a small roofing company?

For a one or two person company doing mostly repairs, Jobber has the lowest published entry price. For a small retail roofer that quotes from measurement reports, Roofr has a free plan and unlimited users. For a small crew that knocks doors, Cedar House Stack pairs a per person CRM with a $25 per rep canvassing app. Test each one on a real job from last month.

Can I import my JobNimbus data into another CRM?

Usually, yes, as a spreadsheet. Export your full job and contact list from JobNimbus as a CSV, download the photos and documents for each job, then import the list into the new system. Cedar House Stack reads a JobNimbus export under its own column names and shows a preview before anything is saved. Keep a copy of the export on your own drive either way.

Does JobNimbus have a free trial, and do the alternatives?

JobNimbus lists a 14 day free trial on its pricing page. Roofr has a free Starter plan, Jobber offers a free trial with no credit card, and Cedar House Stack has a 30 day trial with every feature and no card. Use the trial on live work, not sample data, so you see how the product handles your real jobs.

Cedar House Stack publishes this blog and makes one of the products written about here. Where another company's price or feature is quoted, it was read from that company's own public pages on the date shown beside it.
