Best Roofing CRM in 2026: An Honest Comparison
The best roofing CRM in 2026, compared on published price, canvassing, insurance work and measurements, by a company that makes one of the five tools.

Roofing CRM cost in 2026 for a 3, 10 and 20 person team, from published prices for Roofr, RoofLink Pro and Cedar House, plus reports, texting and setup.

Ask four roofing software companies what they cost and you get two prices, one form and one request for a demo. That makes roofing CRM cost hard to compare before a sales call. This breakdown prices five roofing CRMs for a three person retail shop, a ten person storm team and a twenty person company with canvassers, using only what each company prints on its own pricing page.
Quick answer. As of October 16, 2026, published roofing CRM cost runs from $0 for Roofr's Starter plan to $120 per user a month for RoofLink Pro. Roofr's paid plans are $249 or $349 a month with unlimited users. Cedar House Stack is $99 per user. AccuLynx and JobNimbus quote by request.
Cedar House Stack publishes this breakdown and makes two of the products in it, the Stack and Cedar House Field. Every competitor price below was read on that company's own pricing page on October 16, 2026. Where another product costs less for your size, the tables show it.
A roofing CRM costs between nothing and about $1,700 a month in 2026, depending on how many people sign in and how the vendor counts them. The software is rarely the whole bill. Measurement reports, texting, setup and the contract term all move the number, and two of the five companies here publish no price at all.
Roofing vendors use four ways of charging, and the same crew can cost three times as much under one as under another:
AccuLynx sends its pricing page to a request form, so its cost is only known after a conversation with sales.
The table prices the subscription alone for three roofing companies we see often. Numbers are monthly billing unless the cell says otherwise, read on each company's site on October 16, 2026. Measurement reports, texting and setup are covered in the next section.

| RoofLink Pro | $360 a month (3 users at $120) | $1,200 a month, or $895 with the 5 canvassers on SalesRabbit Team at $59 | $1,668 a month (8 RoofLink Pro users plus 12 SalesRabbit Team users) |
| Cedar House | $297 a month (3 Stack users at $99) | $620 a month (5 Stack users plus 5 Field reps at $25) | $899 a month (the $599 band for 6 to 10 Stack users plus 12 Field reps) |
Sources: AccuLynx pricing (opens a request form), JobNimbus pricing, Roofr pricing, SalesRabbit pricing (RoofLink Pro and SalesRabbit Team are both shown billed monthly) and Cedar House pricing. Cedar House figures are founding prices, held for life by the first 50 companies; the rack price later is $129 a Stack user and $39 a Field rep.
Two things jump out. Roofr's unlimited users make it the cheapest published option for any team of three or more, as long as you do not need a canvassing app. And per user pricing grows fast with canvassers, because every rep who knocks doors is another login.
The biggest extras on a roofing software bill are measurement reports, texting, setup and the contract you sign, and each vendor handles them differently. Price these before you compare the monthly numbers above.
Roofr sells its own reports. On October 16, 2026 a report was $19 on the free Starter plan and $13 on Measure+, Essentials and Scale, with an Xactimate ready ESX file for $10 or $12 more, and faster delivery costing extra on Starter. Measure+ is a $109 a month add on ($95 billed yearly) for teams that mostly want cheaper reports. A shop that orders 20 reports a month spends $260 a month on reports at $13, more than some subscriptions.
Cedar House does not sell reports yet. Our pricing page lists ordering from inside a job as coming soon; today you upload a report from any provider and its numbers are read into the estimate for free, while the report itself is paid to whoever made it.
Roofr lists SMS texting at $49 a month on Essentials and Scale, and not on the lower plans. JobNimbus sells texting in a Communications Bundle by request, for current customers.
JobNimbus says there are no required setup or onboarding fees, with paid Professional Services for teams that want help migrating data. Roofr includes onboarding and a dedicated account manager on Essentials and Scale. SalesRabbit's pricing page says an implementation package is required, in Basic, Guided, Premium and Custom levels, with the price set by how much help you need. Ask for that number in writing before you sign.
SalesRabbit's pricing page says its contracts run one to three years, billed quarterly or yearly on most plans, and charges are not refunded for a cancelled cycle. Roofr offers month to month or a yearly contract. JobNimbus offers monthly or annual agreements. Cedar House bills monthly, or yearly at eleven months' price, and you can leave at any time with your records exported in open formats.
Canvassers change roofing CRM cost because a storm team often has more people knocking doors than people working jobs, and most products count each of them as a full user. On a per user plan, ten canvassers at $120 add $1,200 a month before a single roof is sold.
There are three ways vendors deal with this. Roofr lets everyone in at no extra cost, but its pricing page lists no canvassing or door logging tool. SalesRabbit sells its canvassing app separately at $59 a user on Team or $75 on Pro, next to RoofLink Pro for the office. Cedar House puts canvassers on Cedar House Field at $25 a seat, and every door they log lands in the Stack as a lead without being typed twice. We compare the canvassing apps themselves in our roofing canvassing app checklist.
Before you price anything, count who knocks, who sells, who runs production and who only clocks in. On Cedar House, crew members who only use the time clock have free accounts.
AccuLynx does not publish a price; its pricing link opens a request form asking for your name, company and phone number. Its features page, read the same day, describes ordering EagleView, Hover, Geospan and GAF QuickMeasure reports from inside the job, and material ordering with ABC Supply, SRS Distribution and QXO.
Who it suits on cost: an established company that orders reports and materials all day inside its CRM, and is ready to negotiate a quote. Ask for the full first year cost including onboarding, and the price for each user you add. Our AccuLynx alternatives guide covers the products people compare it with.
JobNimbus sizes its plans by users, with Essentials for up to 3, Pro for up to 10, Premium for up to 19 and Enterprise for 20 or more, and every plan says Request pricing. Every plan lists estimates, e-signature, invoices, payments, financing, supplier integrations and a QuickBooks integration. The plans differ in project boards (3, 5, then unlimited), automations (10, 30, 100, unlimited) and support level. There is a 14 day free trial.
Who it suits on cost: a team that wants accounting and supplier links on the smallest plan. Watch the plan ceilings: a company with 3 users that hires a fourth moves to Pro, and the page does not say what that costs. We covered that step in detail in JobNimbus alternatives.
Roofr publishes every plan price, and with unlimited users on every plan it is the lowest published cost in this group for any team of three or more people. Starter is free and covers ordering reports, one job board, 10 trial proposals and material ordering with ABC Supply, QXO and SRS. Essentials at $249 a month adds unlimited proposals and invoices, card and bank payments and e-signatures. Scale at $349 a month adds seven job boards, crew management, job costing, a QuickBooks integration and role permissions.
Who it suits on cost: a retail roofing company that quotes from measurements and has more people than budget for per user pricing. Add the reports you will order each month to the plan price to see your real number.
RoofLink Pro is $120 per user a month, billed monthly, as shown on SalesRabbit's pricing page on October 16, 2026. SalesRabbit also offers a bundle of its canvassing app with RoofLink, priced through sales.
Who it suits on cost: a small team already using SalesRabbit at the door. For a larger team, the per user price and the required implementation package add up quickly, so ask for the bundle price and the contract length together.
Cedar House Stack is our CRM and Cedar House Field is our canvassing app, so read this section knowing we make both. The Stack is $99 per user a month for up to 5 users. From 6 users it is one flat price for the team: $599 a month for 6 to 10, $999 for 11 to 20, $1,299 for 21 to 30 and $1,999 for 31 to 50. Field is $25 per rep a month, on its own or on top of any band. Paying yearly costs eleven months.
Every feature is in every seat: good, better and best estimates the homeowner signs on a phone, insurance claim and supplement tracking, production scheduling, invoices paid online through your own Stripe account, payroll and commissions, and storm maps with hail history. Add ons are listed with their price: permit history at $5 a month, owner lookup at the door at 29 cents a lookup, and postcards from 85 cents to $1.09 a card mailed. The trial is 30 days with no card, and our pricing page offers this: win a job in 30 days, or your first month is free, with the terms set out on the pricing page.

For some roofing companies another product is the cheaper or better buy today, and the numbers above show where.
Work out your cost from your own headcount and your own report volume, then compare first year totals, not monthly sticker prices.
Once you have the numbers, our best roofing CRM comparison covers how each product handles insurance work, production and the door.
Vendors that price by request, such as AccuLynx and JobNimbus, say each quote depends on team size, features and onboarding. It also means the first price you hear comes from a salesperson. Ask for the first year total in writing, including setup and the cost of one more user, so you can compare it with the products that publish a price.
Usually not. As read on October 16, 2026, Roofr charges $19 a report on its free plan and $13 on its paid plans, on top of the plan price. Cedar House does not sell reports yet; you upload a report from any provider and its numbers are read in for free. Count the reports you order each month and add them to the subscription.
Not always. Canvassers mostly need a map, door logging and a way to hand a lead to a closer. On per user plans every rep is a full login. Roofr counts no users at all but lists no canvassing tool. Cedar House puts canvassers on Cedar House Field at $25 a seat, and their leads land in the Stack.
It saves money if you are sure you will stay. Roofr's yearly prices take $40 to $50 a month off its paid plans, and Cedar House charges eleven months for a year. The risk is the term: SalesRabbit's pricing page says its contracts run one to three years. Before paying for a year, run one real job through the trial from lead to paid.
It varies by vendor. JobNimbus says there are no required setup fees and sells optional Professional Services. Roofr includes onboarding on its Essentials and Scale plans. SalesRabbit says an implementation package is required, priced by the level of help. Cedar House's pricing page lists no setup fee, and its trial is 30 days with no card.
Cedar House Stack publishes this blog and makes one of the products written about here. Where another company's price or feature is quoted, it was read from that company's own public pages on the date shown beside it.
